This fall, an alluring team-up of epic proportions will take place when Trey Anastasio Band heads out on a fall arena tour with special guests Goose.

Goose, for those unaware, is an emerging indie/psychedelic/jam band out on its own headlining tour at the moment, supporting its latest album, Dripfield. A busy few years of hard work has Goose on the cusp of a major breakthrough, if the band isn’t already experiencing it, and counts Anastasio as a pal, after the Phish/Dead and Company figurehead showed up at Goose’s June performance at Radio City Music Hall.

The chemistry is clearly there, and led to this fall tour announcement, which was made official on Tuesday. A news release promises that fans can expect a full set from each band along with unique collaborations, so special things are indeed in store for this run.
