Spring Training is the time of the year when Major League Baseball teams convene at their spring facilities in Arizona or Florida to prepare for the season ahead — and, apparently, pay homage to legendary drummer Neil Peart of Rush, who passed away in January.

Among the stretching, conditioning and other athletic activities that have taken place at the Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training facility this week was an impromptu drum jam from catcher Caleb Joseph (as shared by the team on Thursday).

Set up using various pieces of equipment available nearby, Joseph channeled his inner Peart for a slick drum jam, playing along to “The Spirit of Radio” and “Limelight” like a man who definitely knows what he’s doing behind the “drum kit”:
