Pluralone (pronounced “plural one”) is a new project from Josh Klinghoffer, who served as the lead guitarist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers from 2009 until this past December, when the band announced that John Frusciante was rejoining the group.

Klinghoffer released Pluralone’s debut album in late 2019, shortly before the news of his departure from the Chili Peppers — and in 2020, the project will play its very first live dates, opening for Pearl Jam on the band’s highly anticipated North American tour.

Pearl Jam is touring in support of its new album, Gigaton, which was announced last week and will be released on March 27, led by the single “Dance of the Clairvoyants”:
