When Florida-based pop/punk band New Found Glory released their third full-length album, Sticks and Stones, in 2002, it was a massive boost to NFG’s popularity — and, likely, a significant moment that ensured the group was on the path to where it is today, icons of the scene that still record and tour regularly.

In commemoration of that album, which pushed NFG to a wider audience thanks to the “My Friends Over You” music video and its heavy rotation on MTV, the band on Tuesday announced a 20th anniversary tour for later this year.

Accompanying vocalist Jordan Pundik, bassist Ian Grushka, guitarist Chad Gilbert and drummer Cyrus Bolooki on the road will be Four Year Strong and Be Well.

Here’s the schedule, with tickets set to go on sale this week:

Produced by Neal Avron and released via Drive-Thu Records and MCA, Sticks and Stones is a crucial album of the early 2000s pop/punk scene, definitely one deserving of a 20th anniversary tour. The band also toured for its 10th anniversary in 2012.

This tour will also be the first for New Found Glory since guitarist Chad Gilbert underwent some serious medical issues, including an unexpected treatment for cancer in late 2021.
