Do you have plans this coming Friday night, May 15? Now you do: Fire up Netflix, specifically the 2019 Mötley Crüe biopic The Dirt, and watch along with the band.

Yep, that’s right — the infamous Sunset Strip rock/metal icons announced a virtual watch party of their official biopic beginning at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT:

The Dirt was released on the streaming platform on March 22, 2019, and tells the story of the rise, fall, and outright debauchery of Mötley Crüe.

The rousing success of The Dirt — driven by millions of Netflix streams — was a key factor in Mötley Crüe’s decision to reunite, which led to the announcement of the Stadium Tour with Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts.

Of course, as of this moment the status of the Stadium Tour seems incredibly murky due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tour is scheduled to begin in late June, as it stands right now.

In early April, drummer Tommy Lee said the tour was “still a go” despite everything going on, and on May 1 the band’s social media channels shared the following update:
