“Everything’s Electric” is the title of a new single from former Oasis vocalist/Britpop icon Liam Gallagher, a preview of his upcoming third solo record, C’mon You Know.

The track has now made its official debut, after ol’ Liam decided to treat the world to a teaser in the form of a video shared to his social media pages. In it, he’s riding in the backseat of a car, bopping around to the sound of the track — which also features Dave Grohl, who co-wrote the song, on drums.

More on the Gallagher + Grohl connection, per a news release:

Liam Gallagher and Dave Grohl first met many years ago when Foo Fighters played with Oasis on tour. They’ve maintained a mutual admiration ever since, while speculation about a possible collaboration between the pair has risen in recent years. To craft the song, they melded the thunderous dynamics of Beastie Boys’ “Sabotage” with the spiralling tension and danger of The Rolling Stones’ “Gimme Shelter.”

C’mon You Know will be released on May 27.

News of a new Liam Gallagher solo record came as he also detailed plans for his own massive solo concert at Knebworth scheduled for next June.

Opening the iconic Knebworth Park stage on June 4th will be very special guest Michael Kiwanuka, Goat Girl, Fat White Family, and Kasabian, per a news release.

“I’m absolutely buzzing to announce that on 4th June 2022 I’ll be playing Knebworth Park. It’s gonna be biblical. C’mon You Know. LG x,’” said Liam, and there’s little doubt the show will be epic considering it already sold out.
