Guns N’ Roses have officially postponed their scheduled North American tour dates for the summer of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was announced on Wednesday via the band‘s social media channels, with Live Nation’s new Ticket Refund Policy an option for ticketholders, should they so choose:

GN’R Fam, some news: the North American tour is being rescheduled out of an abundance of caution. We will share the updated schedule as soon as the dates are finalized & all tickets will be honored accordingly.

This announcement came a week after Guns N’ Roses canceled their upcoming European tour dates for the same reason.

The newly postponed summer tour was to have begun in July and feature special guests Smashing Pumpkins on some shows. It remains to be seen when the rescheduled dates will be, or if the Pumpkins will participate as originally planned.
