On Aug. 12, The Goo Goo Dolls will release Chaos in Bloom, the multiplatinum alt/pop duo‘s 13th studio album to date.

The news was announced on Friday and came with the premiere of a music video for “Yeah, I Like You.” An especially critical look at “celebrity culture” and how we all process fame in the social media age, the video’s pretty engaging:

“In a world that is just drowning in social media and internet stars, many of whom are certainly talented, but many confirm that in 2022 you can be famous for doing nothing,” said singer/guitarist John Rzeznik. “Celebrity in this age has a very quick burn. It was hard not to be consumed by it during the pandemic.”

Chaos in Bloom marks the first Goo Goo Dolls album produced by Rzeznik, and features 10 new songs from him and longtime band mate Robby Takac (bass/vocals).

“Chaos in Bloom reminded us how special this whole thing is and to cherish the relationships that we have together,” said Rzeznik of the album. “Where we’ve been, and where we’re going.”

The track listing:

Save Me From Myself
Let The Sun
