Garbage just released an excellent new album, Strange Little Birds, and on Monday they paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform the riff-heavy lead single Empty.

Empty is a solid addition to Garbage’s robust back catalog of hits, and also received a colorful music video from noted director Sam Bayer a few weeks back. Drummer/producer Butch Vig, meanwhile, was a recent guest on the Celebration Rock podcast and his chat with Steven Hyden is a must-listen, too.
