Guitar icon Carlos Santana collapsed on stage Tuesday night onstage in Clarkston, Michigan, where he was playing with his band as part of the ongoing Miraculous Supernatural tour alongside Earth, Wind & Fire.

Footage from fans at the show showed a concerning scene, as it always is when something like this happens at a gig:

Thankfully, an update shared to Santana’s social media pages a bit after the initial news made its rounds Tuesday evening seems to indicate that Santana is on the mend:

to one and all
thank you for your precious prayers
Cindy and I we are good just taking it easy
forgot to eat and drink water
so i dehydrated and passed out
blessings and miracles to you all

Cindy Blackman Santana went further with her update, thanking fans around the world for their well-wishes:

Hi Everyone! Carlos & I thank you so much for your prayers, love, care & concern for him! Please know that he’s resting and doing very well! He was diagnosed with heat exhaustion & dehydration… it was 100 degrees on stage and 114 under the lights so that coupled with not enough water is what caused the issue. He’ll be as good as new soon! Thank you again and we love you! Cindy & Carlos. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
