Bonnie Raitt Shares Performance Video for “Made Up Mind,” from New Album ‘Just Like That …’ Available Now

This past Friday, April 22, Bonnie Raitt added to her catalog of inimitable blues/rock with Just Like That …, her 21st album to date. One of its standout tracks and pre-release previews was “Made Up Mind,” which now has a corresponding performance-based video.
Capturing Raitt and her backing band in their pure essence, it’s a showcase of the many talents assembled on stage together:
As for that band, here’s how it breaks down:
James “Hutch” Hutchinson: bass
Ricky Fataar: drums, percussion, backing vocal
Glenn Patscha: rhodes piano, hammond B3, backing vocal
Duke Levine: electric guitar
Here’s Raitt and the band playing the song on The Kelly Clarkson Show, as well:

Raitt recorded the album last summer in Sausalito, California, handling production duties herself.
“Livin’ for the Ones” is one of four original songs on the record, and takes a somber, reflective tone about the harshness of life … a concept we can all surely relate to, given the past few years:
In all it’s a powerful listen throughout and a fine addition to Raitt’s legendary catalog of music.
Bonnie will celebrate the release of her new record in May with a tour with special guest Lucinda Williams, so you won’t want to miss that.
