Biography
GARY STOCKDALE is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist, and 2-time Emmy-nominated composer of TV, film, and commercial music for such shows as Sabrina, the Teenage Witch; To Tell the Truth; The Aristocrats movie; and 8 seasons of Showtime’s award-winning Penn & Teller: Bullshit! Gary was an original member of The Brian Setzer Orchestra & sang a featured solo in the cult classic musical TV series Cop Rock. Gary Stockdale has lent his voice to major films (Star Wars: Rogue Nation, Avatar, Star Trek Beyond, The Prince of Egypt) & TV shows (The Simpsons, Family Guy), and backed up Adele on the 2013 Oscars. CBS TV named Gary one of the “best singer/songwriters in Los Angeles” in 2014. Gary Stockdale's latest CD, "Keep Letting Go" was released in 2017. It was co-produced by Greg Prestopino ("Break My Stride), and features Grant Geissman and James Harrah on guitar, Steve Deutsch on bass, MB Gordy on drums & percussion, Debra Dobkin on percussion, Dave Pearlman on pedal steel, and many other special guests.
